Reply:there seem to be several maids in this show. joan quagmire (who was a prize from wheel of fortune), maid madeline, and superman's maid. the latter may be the one you are referring to. she was also the head of the maid's union in the episode, i'm walking on air ... i'm sorry i couldn't find her actual character name or who is voicing her. rachel macfarlane is voicing maid madeline.
